Please note the following limitations for late registrations:
- Transportation: Bus preferences may not be accommodated
- Accommodation: Roommate preferences may not be accommodated. VFAST guest house at Pilani may not be available if all rooms are occupied.
- Merchandise: T-shirt and hoodie sizes may be limited or unavailable
- Other Items: Some merchandise may not be available
We will do our best to accommodate your preferences, but some services may not be available.
